New boiler install with condensate pump

Boiler found to be at risk due to flue being to close to a vent. The unused vent was blocked up and the boiler was deemed to be safe

Vent must be 300mm from a flue. This one had been like this since the install and the problem was missed on various Landlord certificates

Vent blocked up properly with foam and the cover was put back on
