Sam was great—friendly, honest, and clear throughout. We initially contacted him about a job, but he explained that we weren’t quite ready to go ahead yet. Instead of pushing for unnecessary work, he gave us honest, valuable advice. He also removed our radiators ready for the plastering, and the whole job was carried out professionally. Communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and we’d happily recommend him.

Sam responded really quickly to fix a leaking toilet. He arrived when he said and had the part required with him so got it sorted straight away.
