Alex was polite and informative explaining the issues well. He just checked our kitchen tap and toilet cistern and pointed out we would need parts replacement for the toilet and replacement of kitchen tap. We asked for quotes for both work respectively. It could be nice to hear from them next day to give me a rough idea of costs for new toilet parts and tap replacement so we could reschedule our work around it next week but no follow up so far and their office was closed at 4:30pm Friday and as they are closed over the weekend, we can't plan for the actual followup plumbing work. Shame.

The work has been carried out professionally and both the accounts I was in contact with and the engineer who attended my house have been helpful and explained the whole process step by step clearly and answered all my doubts. I’m overall very satisfied with the work and the whole experience. Highly suggested to anyone who needs some work at their house.

everything was quick and easy to arrange the engineer was very efficient , the job was completed to our satisfaction
