The engineer was very helpful, and explained the issue fully. They were punctual, and kept in touch about when they would arrive. The work was done quickly and with no fuss.

Description of Works: Annual Service - Vaillant ecoFIT pure 825 The engineer was prompt, swift and courteous. They went above and beyond by topping up my radiators as well when they noticed during the course of the inspection that my pressure had become a bit low.

Old boiler, pump, hot water tank removed. New combi boiler fitted, central heating flushed.

I had a stuck temperature valve in the shower, the plumber came over on time and made the valve moveable again, but pointed out it needs replacing eventually.
