Toilet repair and blockage

This was the 2nd time I’ve used this company and they got the job done. The only issue was a scheduling problem which meant the job was done a day later. Otherwise all good.

Annual boiler service

Engineer was polite and professional. There was some confusion over the type of pump we have leading to Plumb London recommending that there was further work required, but they realised their error and put everything right quickly and professionally.

Fitting new pipes for washing machine

Called the team at Plumb London to add some pipe work to my garage and install my washing machine, they did an excellent job. They were able to send someone out very quickly and had very competitive hourly rates for the work. The work was very neat and efficiently done, very happy and will use them again in the future.

Repair of radiator valves

We asked for someone to come as soon as possible and were given an appointment that same day. The plumber actually appeared towards the beginning of the time slot, which was extremely convenient for us. After an initial analysis the plumber gave us a couple of options, without pushing one over the other, and then completed the work very promptly without leaving any mess.
