Repair to toilet flush
Failed to keep original appointment due to problem with van but did not get in touch to cancel. Came to carry out the work two days later. Although he had been sent photographs in advance arrived with incorrect parts which then meant going off to obtain alternatives in middle of job. Over night the toilet failed and he had to be called back the next day. Arrived with a replacement part saying he knew that a connecting plastic piece had been too small. The work is now satisfactory but a week later I have not received an invoice or payment details!

Blocked sink, leaking sink, unsealed toilet, air locked shower, dripping tap
Patrick came at short notice to fix a number of problems in my mum's ( now in care home ) house. He was very helpful and fixed all the problems for me. For a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the work he did and his friendly communication about what needed to be done. I I will definitely use him again for plumbing work and would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Marion Daniels , Cranbrook

Supply and replace shower pump. Replace shower head. Repair cistern dual flush button and cables.
Patrick is polite and friendly. He does what he says he is going to do and his work is clean and tidy. He arrived on time at each visit. Patrick is excellent at customer contact keeping us informed throughout the process and responding quickly to our initial contact and a few subsequent enquires and queries.
