Agreed a price, time, date, which was all great and helpful - then they didn't turn up. Didn't contact me at all. Has blanked me ever since. Quite inconvenient.

I booked in with Plumbstow to gain a quote. They did not turn up to the agreed booking time slot. After contacting the company via phone they re-arranged the time- slot for late afternoon (original timeslot 11am). The plumber arrived, looked at works to be carried out and left..... I never heard from the company again! No quote provided. I rmailed to ask about the quote but no communication on their side.

Good communication, very friendly and polite on arrival, completed the work in a very timely manner and left the property spotlessly clean. Very happy with the work. Nice to know a reliable local plumber.
