Plumbwells are and excellent company I have used many times. Boiler service was done efficiently and the engineer carrying it out was personable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Plumbwells did a great job putting in a new shower unit awhile ago and recently returned to tile, install a new bathroom suite and flooring. They arrived on time each morning, and the bathroom now looks spectacular. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Two e-mails went into their spam folder and after speaking with them we sorted the problem. Today they finished the work and came back to paint the skirting board for me. Thanks to Plumbwells

I had Plumbwells install a new bathroom suite, tiling and floor tiles. I am happy with the result but found that communication with them by e-mail was poor. I also had an issue with the fact that on the first day it was verbally suggested by one of their workers they remove the wooden skirting board and tile instead down to the floor. I agreed. On the third day when they left I saw they did not remove the skirting. Another worker said it wasn't part of the spec so why suggest it in the first place? Plumbwell did not respond to my e-mail about it. They were paid and they blanked me..

I put my problem on checkatrade as it was urgent. They were the first to contact me and sent somebody over that afternoon. By Monday Hayden had completed my job he was very helpful and efficent. The cause of the leak was explained well to me. I would definetely use again for future jobs.

I asked Plumwells to turn my old-fashioned ensuite into a modern wetroom and at the same time decorate the adjoining bedroom and hall. Matt, Simon and the rest of the team were punctual , pleasant and hardworking and I am very pleased with the end result which was just as I requested. I would be happy to recommend Plumwells for any kind of bathroom renovation.
