Ian from DrainWerx was excellent. He cleared a blockage caused by a build up of debris around a less than perfect joint performed by our builders some years earlier. He repaired that joint so that the problem will not re-occur then inspected the rest of the waste-pipe, clearing tree roots and re-lining. Not expecting any more problems in my lifetime.

The level of expertise and bespoke solutions was above and beyond any expectations. Highly recommended to all.
