We have used Plumr for many years to service the boiler but also for many miscellaneous plumbing jobs, including fitting a new cloakroom toilet. Yesterday Mickey was punctual as ever, and sorted out a number of plumbing problems around the house, as well as servicing the boiler. I have always been completely satisfied with his work for us. As a company they are a pleasure to deal with.

The Plumr team were very thorough. They offered expert advice during the initial assessment of the boiler and recommended installation of a new one, for both safety and efficiency. I was swiftly booked in for a new installation which was done to a very high quality.

Very happy with the service. The engineer was on time, polite and informative about the condition of the boiler. He also took a quick look at a radiator and got it working without charging for this. I will definitely use them again for any other plumbing issues.
