  Repair and Plaster 2 ceilings

  I needed a ceiling and plastering job carried out at very short notice as new carpet was to be fitted the following week. From the moment I spoke with Tim, he bent over backwards to help and moved his schedule around to accommodate me. This meant doing the repair work on a Saturday and the plastering the following Monday, enabling me to decorate prior to the carpet fitting. The work was completed to a very high standard. Tim is punctual, highly skilled and a thorough professional in every way. A really nice guy, I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

  Skimming of lounge ceiling and walls

  Tim has completely transformed our lounge and the finish is perfect ready for us to decorate. He was punctual and really good fun to have around the house. He left everything spotless and we would definitely use him again and recommend him very highly.

  Single Story Extension/Ground floor adaptations

  We couldn’t recommend Tim and Gareth any more highly. I knew from the minute I met Tim that Plumtree Construction were going to be the right company for the job. We had a single storey extension built to accommodate a ground floor accessible bathroom and bedroom for our disabled daughter. Right from the beginning Tim was excellent. He was adaptable throughout the project, sympathetic to our situation and even offered ways for us to save money as we went. All the team he has assembled were courteous, trustworthy and worked hard to the highest standard. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

  Garage conversion into play/tv room

  I couldn’t recommend Tim and his team enough. Tim was able to provide a personal touch that others were unable to offer - this allowed me to tweak certain things along the way without any problem. We are so happy with our room, it exceeded my expectations. Tim is really amenable to your ideas and was a pleasure to have around the house. This was also the case for other members of the team who all worked to extremely high standards. Tim offered advice and suggestion without being in any way pushy. If you are thinking about getting your garage converted you must contact Tim.

  Partial garage conversion

  Tim and his team are great. The time spent ahead of time working with me to plan out exactly what we wanted and how it would work meant that there were no nasty surprises as we went along. Tim has surrounded himself with competent and skilled trades people that adhere to his high standards and work solidly to get the job done. Everyone we met was friendly and conscientious. It’s brilliant to have met trades people that we know we can trust and call on to help us with anything we may need in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Tim to anyone reading this!

  Conversion of workshop to habitable room with new roof and skylight. Overhaul existing flat roof and frontage.

  We were very impressed with Tim and his team. We would not hesitate to recommend Plumtree Construction to our family and friends, we would definitely use them again. Tim charged a fair, competitive price for the work undertaken, keeping us well informed and was easily contactable. They stayed onsite until all work was completed and worked extremely hard to make our project a success. They were very knowledgeable and came up with useful suggestions, it felt like nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely love our new space, it was completed on time and to a very high standard.
