    1 star — Broken Promises and No Heating or hot water for days

    No work was carried out. I have a subscription, I pay monthly. My boiler stopped working on Sunday and they were meant to come on Monday. Despite the confirmation text, they then called me to say the company they outsource too were too busy and didn’t have an engineer available. So they then sent me a confirmation for Thursday! I’m now stuck in a contract I can’t leave. Waste of money.

    After initial assessment, PluHeat brought in the boiler manufacturers who arrived on the designated time and date, professionally repaired the fault for which I was grateful, appreciated the support.

    I booked my annual boiler service and PlusHeat had an engineer slot booked immediately and engineer was out within a couple of days. The engineer himself was punctual, friendly and chatty. It was a pleasure having him give my boiler a clean bill of health.
