  Disgusting overpricing and avoiding work with fine print

  £99 call out for a drainage engineer to use a wet vac and then try to charge almost £500 to use a flexible rod to unblock a drain. Daylight robbery. Not only that, but they missed appointments and just send out a generic status emails and provide almost no helpful detail. For note, this company has NO engineers. They have no real relationship with trademen, confirmed by 2 separate engineers who got a call from a “random company”, and then barely explain the issue. They just farm work out and have no control on costs or work. You might as well call a local company as it will be cheaper.

  First interview was missed not to engineers fault however when rebooked my drain was unblocked and everything back up and running smoothly. Dan the engineer was superb!”

  I had a sewer blockage and I contacted Plusheat. They immediately arranged for a contractor to come onsite and carry out the job. The contractor was kind, very efficient and done an excellent job leaving my property all cleaned up and the problem had been resolved. I am a very pleased customer and would recommend Plusheat at anytime to friends and families
