Really pleased of the job done

I booked my annual boiler service and PlusHeat had an engineer slot booked immediately and engineer was out within a couple of days. The engineer himself was punctual, friendly and chatty. It was a pleasure having him give my boiler a clean bill of health.

Cannot recommend enough. From start to finish I was kept updated and service provided was excellent. Would highly recommend

It took 2 days as they had to order the part, the part came but was the wrong one so had to come back a third visit. They did leave trying to have it possibly working with a short fix which didn't last but we always had tepid/cold water . No disruption to the water supply at all.

Boiler service very professional and knowledgeable and very tidy. I used British Gas and Scottish Power for service but not happy with the work, so time for a change.I have recommended Plusheat to my mother when her contract comes to an end.
