Excellent and friendly service

Mark was a star for coming out on a Sunday night/ Bank holiday weekend. He was quick to respond to my post. He had a difficult journey trying to find the place in the dark over an hour away from Plymouth, and he kept me informed of where he was which helped keep stress levels down. I really appreciate his help. He was very professional, friendly and very quick. I thoroughly recommend him.

After initial assessment of the job and quote, I arranged for Mark (the locksmith) to return to carry out the work required. Despite being delayed due to an emergency, which he contacted me about and apologised for (not a problem), he completed the work in good time, explaining what he'd done. A quality job. I have his business card should I ever need a locksmith again. I would happily use his services again and would recommend Plym Locks to my friends, family & colleagues.

I thoroughly recommend Plym Locks, Mark changed two locks for me today, it was a very good service and at a good reasonable price. I would be very happy to call him again if I ever need to.
