excellent service. we went out for the day leaving family in the house .they were leaving to return home after us. When we returned we discovered we had forgotten to take door keys with us. Mark came out at 8.30pm and had us in our house in 10 minutes. then replaced the lock and was on his way to the next job in about 30minutes. would recommend him 100%.

I had a tricky problem with front door which was not straightforward. Mark diagnosed the problem and did his best to come up with a solution which took some time and effort and he charged a very reasonable rate when finished. He was knowledgeable and punctual and I would recommend him.

The handle snapped off my back door leaving it impossible to lock, the afternoon before I was about to go on holiday. I contacted local firms but no one got back to me then I went via checkatrade and immediately got a response. After sending photos or my door Plym Locks confirmed they could fix it and came within 2 hours. Brilliant service!

Mark was contacted regarding a problem with the front door his response and communication was first class, he advised date and time and was spot on with arrival. He was very persistent to getting in the door, a guy that was never going to be beaten, with his determination 2 hours later he got in the door, the problem was with the lock and the age of the door(25)) years plus, new parts were obsolete but he determined a replacement, did a temporary job until new parts arrived. I must say Mark gave a first class service and I would highly recommend him. Price was really good too. Well done Mark
