Chimney was fully repointed and old lead replaced. Excellent job. A very professional and friendly team.

We had our pointing flashing and some cracked tiles repaired around the chimney stack. Work looks to be done very well and we were provided photos before, during and after the work. They were able to fit in around our schedule and no complaints. We are just awaiting some rain to see if the problem has been resolved.

Whilst doing another job the team found most of my roof was in poor condition & needed replacing. They took on the unexpected work straightaway and made sure details/costs were agreed in writing before work undertaken. They shared photos/videos of the work as it progressed. The quality of the work was very good - high quality materials used. They cleaned down each day/at the end of the job. Pat was very responsive with communication but I felt like the tone of a few messages was a little off when I asked queries about the work. I also felt some aspects of health & safety were overlooked

Pat and his team replaced most of the soffits and fascias on my property. A detailed written quote was quickly provided and work delivered as quoted. The team worked hard each day and did a high-quality job. Photos and videos were shared as the work progressed which was appreciated and helpful. Unfortunately there was a delay to the work starting due to a previous job overrunning which could have been more proactively communicated. There was also a delay in having the scaffold and skip removed after the job - Pat did what he could to help, it was third-parties letting him down

The necessary work to both chimneys was clearly explained, the work was carried out promptly and the workmen were all professional. The workmanship was excellent and the chimneys now look beautiful. I am now having further work repairs to my roof with this same company.
