Radiator removal and installation of new column radiator
Prompt and efficient plumbing service from PME (Dundee). Plumber took the time to work cooperatively with me to problem solve best fit for a new column radiator on pipe work (micro bore). The operative was friendly, helpful and competent.
The operative was friendly, helpful and competent. The only criticism I have is that I gave the office my contact details, and instead of phoning me to advise when access was required someone "cold called" and put a note through the door telling me to contact the office who were extremely helpful. Annual boiler service
My boiler is only 5 years old so not some ancient one . I have it serviced annually. The company failed miserably to do the job properly. They failed to respond promptly to repair the errors their employee made. They ignored both requests I made to make a formal complaint. The plumber who did turn up (never at the agreed time) didn't sort matters out and I'm not certain that the job has been completed because he was supposed to get back to me and never has. This review does not reflect the service we provide. The customer was completely inaccurate in their comments. Th issues were completely unrelated and we attended to requests efficiently. The customer just didn't want to pay for additional works required.
