Tiling, bathroom few tiles change grouting, painting whole house, laminate floor change
Dont hire this company and the person who represents it. He broke the full bathroom without my permission to charge me more money to do the additional works. When this was not the instructions according to the quote. We had to buy additional raw materials etc and spent a lot of excess unnessary funds. Budget was 5k we ended up spending 10k. Than as we are far from site the raw materials went missing of which I have photo proof. He asked for more diff material for same area. He took 22 days for a 10 day job. Painting/decorating wallpaper on 1 wall and painting skirting and door-frame
The 2 men didn't paint the walls well, the white paint can be seen through still underneath the top coat of grey on some walls still, its patchy. The grey paint was on the white skirting and was not neat and not straight and around the door-frame it was not straight and neat. The wallpaper was not matched in pattern and didn't finish cutting off the right side of a small wall and didn't make it symmetrical like the left side and left glue marks on main walls and messaged one of the labourer on WhatsApp to explain what they had missed out but spoke rudely back. Loft conversion
M&L Renovation Ltd ,did an extremely great job on our loft conversion. They were very professional and hard working turned up 8am with a smile on their faces ready to work.
