Due to diary workloads, we had to wait several months to have the patio laid and the levels of the garden improved. We were advised to get the slabs months in advance ahead of price increases, which we duly did. PML Property Renovations laid the patio and levelled the garden during the heatwave last summer. They were thorough, punctual, tidy, polite and courteous and were a pleasure to have working for us. We are delighted with the finished result and have made the most of the new patio space. The side paths are straight and level, and the boxing in of drain covers is extremely precise.

The whole team were very professional, and kept us informed and involved throughout the whole process. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard. Any variances to requirements and budget were discussed and agreed upon. Workers were courteous, trustworthy and tidy. We would definitely use their services again for any other building projects.
