  External maintenance, decorating anf the fixing of a new door canopy

  It made a change to have someone that arrived on time, worked a full day and then made time to clear up. Phil is full of constructive ideas, understands what needs to be done and is more than capable of carrying out whatever task presents itself. His original estimate was spot on - and he reallly delivered value for money. I didn't know Phil, he didn't come from contacts - he responded to a post I put on Checkatrade - and was the only one that turned up on time to give me an estimate - so I gave him the job - so glad I did. I have already asked him to quote for another job.
