Paul is great! Highly recommend. Really quick response, arrived on time. Figured out the problem immediately. Parts ordered and boiler fixed and serviced within a matter of days. I recently hired Paul to change my toilet. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The repair was done efficiently. He was courteous, tidy, and respectful of my home. The price was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumbing service, so much so that when I go ahead with refurbishing my entire bathroom ( which will happen soon), they will be assigned the job.

Amazing service! We just moved in and had no water. PMP Plumbing responded quickly, told me their call out fee and then didn’t charge us more as the job seemed pretty straightforward ( not to us!) definitely recommend

Paul replaced a horizontal flue with a vertical one through roof. replaced a radiator, serviced vaillant boiler under warranty and provided a gas safety certificate. Highly recommend him as one of the best engineers I have used.

Really great service, help advise with other issues / gas leaking as well as connected underfloor heating. Came after hours to ensure we got the job done in time for other work we were having carried out. Really reliable would recommend and use again.
