Roof leaking badly due to multiple holes in old bituminous felt. Replaced roof with new felt and batten and combination of existing and new tiles, lead flashing, boxing in of soil pipes and rebuilding of wall over flashings
Repaired roof using new tiles, job included other work e.g ridge pointing and painting the front of property with weathershield paint as in this picture
