Loft conversion

PMS DO A GOOD JOB
PMS did a very good job in the end. Some snagging issues which were finally resolved. Small issues around planning application as was not discussed upfront such as engineering report, and whose responsibility it was. Ultimately PMS agreed to pick up costs. Would use them again..but be clear as to what is expected to be paid and who’s expected to pay.

PmS carried out a loft conversion, it was done to a high specification. Was helpful, supportive and very competitive in price.they are recommended.
