Replaced a tile porch above a front door.

    Posted 18 February 2021

The front door porch was in a dangerous state as it had started to detach from the wall. Perri agreed to prioritise the job as the structure was unsafe. The wood frame was reset into the brickwork and new tiles were added. The workmanship was high quality, and the overall result is aesthetically pleasing. Special mention for Neil (Perri's father) who was very pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation to use PN Building &Maintenance for further work at the property.

Re roofing of a garage and repairs to brickwork

    Posted 18 February 2021

Competitive price. Turned up on the day promised and completed the job a day early! Polite and discreet, tidied up and left the site clean when finished. Have no hesitation in recommending them. (In fact used them again for some small carpentry work in the house and was again very pleased with the work). I was a construction project manager for 20 years do have a good idea of what's good!

    New front door installed

    Posted 08 February 2021

Very happy with everything. We had our existing front door and glass surround removed. New brickwork and new front door installed and then rendered.

Complete refurbishment of a smsll two bedroom bungalow.

    Posted 21 August 2020

Perri is not a bad lad but he fell down badly on this project - it should have been finished the middle of February, then middle of March, it was finished finally on July 5th -6 months later. This cost us continued council tax as it should have been on the market. I had to personally redo some of the paintwork - it was badly prepared before painting and dust and bits on the surface. The invoices wrong we were overcharged but this was rectified. Loads of snagging that should have been apparent to a professional builder. I don’t understand why a small refurbed bathroom cost £6,000?
