No nonsense approach
Quick to quote and get the job done. Gave great advice so I could achieve what I needed. New consumer unit, some additional rewiring, spur for boiler, outside sockets and RING spotlight, signed of with EIC and part P. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend I will also use again. Needed urgent replacement of rodent damaged meter tails.
PNS Electrical were the first call and Paul was able to attend at very short notice. Very punctual and very efficient. Works were urgent due to loss of power with vulnerable parents in the property. I couldn’t have hoped for more. The power was back on in a couple of hours and there was even time to tidy up and push the hoover around. Paul even offered to come back and finish a ceiling repair if I couldn’t manage it myself. Brilliant. A life saver in the literal sense. Disconnection of an electrical cooker. Also fixed a smoke alarm.
Paul provided an excellent service which was friendly, polite and punctual. Although my initial call was regarding the disconnection of an electric cooker, Paul also fixed a separate issue I had with a smoke alarm that was affecting a hallway light. Paul also replaced the hallway bulb so I didn't have to rush out to buy one. Many thanks Paul for the work undertaken and assistance given.
