Fitting new shower mixer tap and connecting toilet overflow
Debbie the office manager rescheduled the work when there was a cancellation as she knew we were without a working shower. Jeremy arrived when expected and was absolutely lovely. Offered to wear a face mask. Fast and efficient. Great job. They do ask for a deposit or to pay upfront which seems unusual but I am very happy with the work completed so no problem.

Installation of a new gas boiler
Reuben visited very quickly to provide a quote for the installation of a new gas boiler, and the task was completed the following week. We were very pleased with the work carried out by Jeremy, who was friendly and kept us informed at every stage. We would not hesitate to recommend Polar Planet to anybody seeking to have similar work carried out.

Water supply pipe leak in a VERY awkward position in the ceiling above airing cupboard.
After a 6 week nightmare with landlords / insurance / idiots, I submitted an SOS on Checkatrade. Polar Planet were the only ones to respond and they were out within 24 hours and all parts ordered. Slight error in ordering easily fixed and called when parts were in and at the doorstep within the hour. Wish I'd gone to them in the first place! Fabulous company, great group of lads that have attended and excellent customer service on the phone keeping me updated every step of the way. Very pleased with overall service, would highly recommend to anyone.
