They fitted me in over the busy Xmas period when I smelt gas in my house that morning. A problem with a pressure drop was quickly diagnosed but it turned out to be the gas hob which I must have knocked on very slightly, rather than my ancient boiler. They did not make me feel stupid and did not even charge a call-out fee, despite being there about half an hour and me being the 11th customer of the day. I asked about replacing the boiler next year and received some helpful advice. Will definitely be getting them to fit the new one.

After my heating failed and an emergency plumber was unable to rectify, I contacted Polden Plumbing and spoke to Shaun. He asked detailed questions on what had happened and relevant symptoms. He then came out, checked my system, explained and showed me the ‘whys and wherefores’ of what was wrong and within 30 mins had my heating working again. He also advised me, without any pressure, what further action was needed. I do not usually leave reviews but I would not hesitate to recommend this company as they provided an efficient, courteous and professional service. Thank you.

Phoned and a visit was arranged within half an hour. The boiler leak was isolted and advice given to us as to the best course of action. Extremely helpful and polite would definitely recommend and will be passing the company information to all friends and family.

All work was carried out under Covid restrictions, furniture removed and replaced and all areas left tidy and clean.
