    Repair of gully between sloping roof and upright wall. Removal of moss from garage roof and clearing of gutters

    Andy Mullet works hard and efficiently. He is very accommodating when we request a specific time for the project. He is always pleasant and helpful.

    Door fitting

    Various: interior redecs/plumbing/exterior painting/fencing repairs etc

    Considerable work repairing and repainting fascia boards, window frames and front door and repairing parts of the roof. Clearing of gutters. Unblocking of some drains. Fitting of window locks.

    I can't recommend Polden Property Maintenance too highly. I have been using their service for seven years and the professionalism, courtesy, reliability and expertise shown is always terrific. Leading busy lives as we do, it is marvellous to be able to rely on the advice given - including advice on whether or not something needs to be addressed.
