  Excellent, honest plumber who saved me hundreds I'd already paid £120 upfront to another company to fix a running toilet and refit a toilet seat. Two plumbers came, failed to fix either, and quoted over £550 in total, including a loose bath tap knob. I was never given a written breakdown, so I put out a new quote request and had several offers. I chose this highly rated plumber. Best decision I made. He was friendly, excellent communication, professional and completely transparent. The Si-Amp unit the others called "really expensive" cost just £60, and he arrived with it in its original sealed packaging. He quickly spotted what the first plumbers got wrong with the new seat fixings too, the screw had been cross-threaded and the sliding washer fitted the wrong way up, so the seat had nothing to grip. 2 weeks later and it's still rock solid, just as it was for 10 years. He also fixed my loose bath tap knob for free. It took a minute, with no need to remove the bath panel as the others suggested. My total was £216 instead of £550+. Fair prices, honest advice, and skilled work. I'd recommend him without hesitation and will call him first for any future plumbing. Thank you!!
