Polkadot Plumbers Ltd did an outstanding job converting my old gravity-fed system to a modern mains-fed setup. They removed the vented cylinder and storage tank, and installed a Gledhill Stainlesslite Plus Unvented Direct 150L Hot Water Cylinder along with a mains inline booster pump. The team was punctual, tidy, and knew their craft. Water pressure is now excellent, and the installation was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone considering a system upgrade!

Awful communication and awfully managed. The individual plumbers were really nice but managed badly. We were quoted for 3 days but plumbing took a month, communication throughout was almost non-existent to the point I had to chase them. One of the plumbers put their foot through our ceiling and it was very difficult to have them pay for a ceiling fix for their mistake. It was a shame as their other reviews are so positive.

Excellent communication before and during the job. Job well done and reasonable cost. Have now employed this company to carry out some more work.
