Replacement of Porch flat roof.
Personable and friendly. Difficult for me to give a fair review as the day after the work was done, it rained heavily and there was a damp patch on the chipboard below the roof. They felt that this occurred during the work and would dry out. I am waiting to see if it does dry out and if the roof is waterproof when it next rains before ceiling goes up. Flat roof leaking through light switch.
We have a small flat roof that sits on the corner of our main roof of the house. Last year Rod took a look at the flat roof and said the relatively new fibre glass roof that we had needed replacing. Which his son did. He was tidy and prompt. The problem started when the wind blows in an easterly direction the flat roof still leaks and it pours through the light fitting. Rod has been out three times and tells us the flat roof isn't leaking but has been unable to solve the problem.. Date arranged and roof repaired quickly
I liaised with Rod through calls, text and WhatsApp. WhatsApp quicker and easier for me. I sent photos and Rod sent a quote. We arranged a date for the following week. Rods son repaired the roof, he got on with the repair straight away. Pleased with quick service.
