Hi my name is Lee and I am the proud owner of Poole Key Locksmiths Limited, I am an independent Locksmith so if you wish to call please be assured you will talk directly to just myself ‘Lee’
We are a family run business, with over 25 years’ experience (non-trading) and 7 years (trading) experience. We are based in Poole but we cover from Swanage, Lymington, Salisbury, Sherborne, Weymouth, Portland, Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth. We basically cover ALL BH, DT and SO42 postcode areas on a 24/7 emergency basis.
Not only are we UPVC specialists, but we also do certain vehicle keys.
Dedication and honesty is promised with the Service that I provide, this includes giving discounts to the elderly, NHS staff and students on production of ID cards.

Fixed main door of a wine bar in Poole
We happened to be going to a wine bar in Poole tonight and Lee came out immediately to help fix their main door. He has helped us and our family many times over the years and is also a lovely man.
Assisting with a repossession order, supported gaining entry and then replacing locks.
Brilliant service. Gave advice over the process when I made the enquiry and put my mind at ease - wasn't Lee's first time dealing with this situation. Replaced the locks with quick time and was professional and friendly. Would recommend.

Gain entry to a building
I lost a key to my outbuilding, I was recommended to Poole Key Locksmiths by Purbeck Property Wareham. They had used their services previously and still have them on their books. I made the call and Lee answered and I explained my predicament. Although Lee’s van was being serviced at that time, Lee went that extra mile and managed to get another vehicle. I was so grateful as I am sure you all know what it is like to be in my desperate situation. Lee did a great professional and speedy job. He was very helpful. It is for these reasons that I give him a maximum score of 10 out of 10.
Locked out of house.
The catch had slipped on our door and we couldn't get in. I called Poole Key Locksmiths for an emergency callout and Lee arrived within 20 minutes! He explained the catch had slipped and used his tools to get in through the letterbox and lift the catch so that we could get in, despite the attentions of my playful mastiff trying to eat the tool before he could get the job done! Very professional, courteous and friendly throughout and reasonably priced. The job was done with the minimum of fuss and completed within 5 minutes! Highly recommended. He is now stored in my phone.
