We had Poole Property Services replace a large area of flooring on the ground floor of our home including removing, storing and replacing our existing kitchen. The work was complicated by different and uneven subfloor types and underfloor electric heating. The work was completed to a very high standard and we are very pleased with the result including the finishing touches such as plastering, decorating etc. The project involved several different trades, but coordination and communication was very good. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home.

Andy was brilliant, came over and gave a quote, detailed out the work that was to be carried out and even asked us to get further quotes for our own comfort. The guys came over and were brilliant, kept the house clean, even put some of my waste into the skip for me. I would recommend them 100%, timely and efficient

Many thanks to Andy for saving me today! When drilling into a wall I accidentally damaged a plastic water pipe within the wall. Andy happened to be working next door and when I asked his advice, he took 30 minutes out of his day to professionally fix the pipe for me. He's clearly a professional and also very nice to deal with.

Andrew and his team came in and fixed our house after a huge flood. The job was a big one so we had them with us for a long time. I can honestly say we missed them a little after they were gone! The team are all really lovely and courteous. Everything was carried out to a really high spec and nothing was too much bother. Andrew made what should have been a stressful situation into a much easier and bearable one. We’re very grateful we found him and would definitely use again. Just hopefully not because we flood!
