  This is not accurate. When we arrived at the property, the service required was assessed as a deep clean, not a regular clean as originally booked. We contacted you at the time to explain the difference and the associated pricing. We also asked you to confirm before we left, but we did not receive a response. After the visit, when you raised concerns, we asked you to provide your details so we could process a goodwill partial refund. Unfortunately, this was not provided, and instead the situation escalated. We remain willing to resolve the matter fairly if you are still open to providing th

  Efficient, hard working house cleaners

  I booked a house clean with this company. It was a last minute job and they were very responsive and flexible. The house was in a real state. They came on a Sunday, the day after they contacted me and worked unbelievably hard non stop for hours until the job was done and the house looked amazing. They were really friendly and communicated what was going on all the way through. At the end they walked through the house with me to make sure I was happy.

  End of Tenancy / Move Cleaning

  Cleaning kitchen etc

  Trade came very bright very positive and they started on the kitchen, we had a bit of a chat at the beginning, and I explained what to be done. after a while when supposedly, they were finishing 1 started on the toilet where she only had the toilet and the sink be cleaned. Then she wanted me to show her the bathroom and ensuite, and she started on the ensuite, I think they communicated on the phone because they started saying they didn't know of all the bathrooms, and they don't have time and suggested that they can stay more but implied to be paid extra.   Our cleaners attended as scheduled and were close to finishing when you asked them to leave to pick up your husband and children. We spoke with you by phone and asked for a little more time to complete the small remaining area, but you declined and said the cleaners had done a good job and you would finish the rest yourself. As they were asked to leave early, they could not complete the final tasks. Our team acted professionally and followed your instructions throughout.
