Oliver was professional, friendly and very responsive from start to finish. He answered all my questions clearly, provided a fixed price with no hidden charges, and communicated really well throughout. Although his earliest availability was originally the following week, he kindly offered an earlier appointment when he had the opportunity, which I really appreciated as my old alarm had developed a fault. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and everything was left tidy. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable alarm engineer.

Oli arrived on time outlined the work and checks he would undertake and then carried out the work quickly and efficiently. After completing the service and fitting a new battery in the control panel he outlined what might be needed if the problem continued and provided quotes for this additional work should it be required. All in all I was very happy with the service he provided.
