Kai was recommended to me by my Uncle . Him and his team were helpful from start to finish. Kai sourced a specific carpet for me and It was communicated well when the carpet would arrive, and what time window they would come in. The job was carried out very well and they even hoovered afterwards and assisted with lifting furniture back in! My husband and I found Kai and the team to be very friendly and they went above and beyond . Furthermore, they were much more reasonable in cost than other companies ( some of which quoted nearly double) Would definitely use them again
