• Secondary heat pump failure

  This pump was one of two on my heat bank which had seized based on my diagnosis. Quick response from Poseidon who came out within a couple of days. Rob was very happy to walk through my theory, which he confirmed. Fitted a replacement which was a newer version of the pump I had and required him to do slightly more than just a like for like replacement. Thoroughly tested and everything left very tidy. What was great was he was glad to talk through what he was doing so I could learn more about my own system, I really appreciated that. Great job.

• Worcester Greenstar 30Si Boiler Repair (Flashing Blue light)

  Woke up one morning - no heating no hot water. Went to Checkatrade and Poseidon had great reviews and lots of experience. Laura got in touch quickly and Rob came out the next morning and fixed the blocked condenser pipe blockage. Came prepared with suggest diagnoses and equipment. Added a valve to the pipe so we could clear it easily if it happened again. Explained everything thing with technical detail. Worked clean and quickly. Very professional, Will be booking Poseidon for my next Boiler Service.
