Replacement toilet
Brilliant service. Anthony arrived bang on time and managed to remove the old victorian style toilet in one piece for me to sell one(i know right..lol) he worked quickly and with no mess. A very nice guy,will use again without a doubt and would highly recommend. Thanks Anthony.

It was a pleasure to deal with Joe and his tea, who were excellent from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate in using again or recommending to friends and family.

Replace parts to recondition a dripping kitchen tap. Replace valve to trickling toilet.
Joseph was very patient during the initial call out explaining the problems and making sure I understood my options. Once the parts had arrived he returned very promptly and carried out very thorough work, taking care to make sure there were no further problems before he left. Although the job overran slightly he honoured the initial quote given. Very impressed and I would use Poseidon Plumbers again and definitely recommend them.

New bath mixer tap replacement
Needed a new tap to be installed, Joseph came over discussed the work with me and agreed a price, then quickly carried out the work. I found him to be very tidy, polite, respectful and thorough in his work. Was very satisfied with the job and would recommend his company for future work.

Refurbishment of 4 toilets in office.
Joseph and his team were considerate, on time, polite and clean. Josephs' project management of the 4 toilets was impeccable, keeping us updated on what was going on, giving us options with tiles, radiators etc. When the job became bigger than expected Joseph gave us options and was frank and open about what was happening which really helped. The cost came in more than quoted but again this was no surprise as he had kept us updated throughout. The toilets look wonderful, him and his team were a pleasure to have around and I would recommend him for any job.

New Bathroom.
Joseph and his team (Connor, Colin and Reece) did a fantastic job of updating our family bathroom. They completely gutted the room and reinstalled everything (including electrics, plumbing, plasterboard) from scratch. Joseph clearly has a very good knowledge of timings and exactly what needs to be done on which day to meet the project time scales. I am very impressed with the high standard of their work and the finish (tiling, mastic etc) is exceptionally good. I completely love the bathroom.
