  Emergency Electrician Service

  Posted 26 September

  Prompt emergency service

The electrics in my house suddenly failed one evening leaving me in an emergency situation. I called Positron Electrical who immediately answered the phone and offered to come out that night as an emergency call out. As soon as he arrived he found the fault, which was the supply from the mains. After more tests he made the house safe and called National Grid who arrived and gave me temp power that night. Positron was knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure I was OK before leaving. The next day he gave me a courtesy call to see how things were. A true emergency service.

  Saving Christmas

Did a great job coming out at short notice and working out the problem I had in my garage, thus saving the fridge and freezer full of Christmas food!

  Electric Sockets

  Posted 02 April

The original job was to find the cause of intermittent power of electric socket in the kitchen.

This is exactly the kind of service I was hoping for from a professional! They not only fixed it original problem with relative ease but we happened to talk about another power issue that they were able to deal with also. Their communication was amazing, friendly and were extremely knowledgeable informing me of the issues caused. I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. Thank you both!
