Alex arrived on time . Asked if I knew what to do if the pressure got low and showed me how to do this so I would not have to call out anyone if the water pressure stopped.. Alex was polite and friendly and so was Sarah who I made the booking with on the phone. I would use this company again.

Alex and his team worked quickly, neatly and proficiently. We were kept informed of their progress throughout the day, and were very impressed at the speed they worked, especially as it was a warm day, and our loft was hot! We highly recommend Poulton Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd.

Our 12 year old boiler had just stopped working. Already had a quote from a local plumber but not happy with what he wanted to do. Explained what we wanted to Alex and discussed any issues. Received quote by email same evening. Agreed price and arranged for work to start in a couple of days. Alex came with the 2 lads, Alex and Finley, and showed them exactly what needed to be done. They worked non stop from 9am to 6pm and did a brilliant job. Both Alex and Sarah called to ensure all was well and working OK. Price as per estimate. Excellent service. Whole heartedly recommended 5*.
