Anne and her Dad carried out the following tasks: Levelled the bath; removed and replaced the tiles; sealed around the bath; and installed a new shower screen. Communication was good and the work completed within promised timeframes.

It was really easy to get in contact and arrange a mutually convenient time and date for the work to be done. The quote process was incredibly straighforward and price reasonable. The work itself was done to a high quality. I'd highly recommend and will be using Powell's again if I need more work doing.

Anne identified the issue with my downstairs loo constantly running as if recently flushed. She replaced the broken components with a quality part and explained comprehensively what was wrong and what she'd done to fix it, which was very reassuring. Booking her time was straightforward and she didn't mess me around, which is an issue I've had with other tradespeople. She was very friendly and polite and got on fantastically with my dogs, who are great judges of character! Will definitely book again for any odd jobs and hopefully a bath fitting!
