I’m very pleased with the bathroom installation carried out by Callum from Powered Heating. The work was done efficiently, with great attention to detail and a high level of professionalism. Everything was completed to an excellent standard, and the area was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic professional and knowledgeable, Callum was excellent at getting right to it and fixing the problem. Pleasure to have him in the house. At first visit not only did he deal with a flood, but also a distressed elderly person with dementia. He is calm and explains everything. Very fair cost and he went above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough!

on 16th December a shower unit was installed. 6 weeks later the tenant complained that the water is not heating up and is not hot and is only warm and the thermostatic valve needs adjusting. I contacted the trader I used so that he can come back to adjust this as this should have been looked at installation. However, he mentioned he tested this on installing and was fine and that there was a manufacturing defect and I should contact the manufacturer for them to come and assess the situation and resolve this. He also mentioned that he was unable to come to resolve this for another 2 weeks and wanted to charge to come and rectify this.

Callum has excellent communication and is very transparent with the work that needed to be done. Managed to get the parts needed to fix my boiler same day and couldn’t say how pleased I was with the overall service. I will be using Powered Heating for future jobs for sure!
