I had a bad experience with this company, from communication, professionalism to the actual job that was carried out. I feel money is more important to them than customer satisfaction.

Hi Ruth, we're sorry you feel this way. For clarity:
• We highly recommended an optional treatment before the job and quoted separately for the product.
• Before attending, you requested a 50% reduction in our labour. We agreed to a 20% discount.
• Your partner accommodated us on the day.
• Afterwards, it was requested that the optional treatment be included at no extra cost.
• As the product has its own cost, this wasn't possible. Your partner then confirmed he was happy without it and paid for the agreed work.
