Paul provided an excellent service, from start to finish, always keeping me updated & checking that I was happy. He is reliable, friendly & professional, providing excellent communication & customer service skills. He gave me great ideas for how my bathroom could be refurbished, while at the same time giving me plenty of opportunity to discuss & choose options myself. Paul & Alex worked extremely hard transforming my bathroom. They were always polite & considerate and worked to a very high standard. I'm extremely pleased with the refurbishment, and would thoroughly rerecommend PQ Plumbers.

Paul and Alex undertook a shower and basin/pedestal replacement and did a fantastic job - they turned up when they said they would-on time - worked hard all day and were polite and courteous, always explaining what was happening/what they were doing and why, keeping the work site clean and tidy as well - we would use them again and thoroughly recommend them
