  I have to say a huge thank you to Patrick Kinnear and his team at Practical Building Services for the total transformation done in our kitchen! It’s done from being a tiny, very green, dingy little thing with about three cupboards and a broken oven to a beautiful family space with plenty of room, storage and worktop space coupled with a lovely dining area… it was a big job knocking into the garage and adding new steel beams and brickwork, but Pat and his team worked brilliantly to ensure we had a smooth transition to our beautiful new space! All the guys involved were friendly

• Full House Renovation

  Patrick and the team have completed a full house renovation at one of my properties. Their attention to details is second to none and they were always ready to go the extra mile. We managed to come up with great innovative ideas in order to keep the refurb going and have a fantastic end product. They bring years of experience under one roof, I already have them booked in for another refurb and I would recommend them to anyone.

  PBS carried out relaying and grouting of extensive patio and driveway, interior tiling, decorating and some minor works. They were absolutely lovely people, professional and did a perfect job. My home looks lovely and the quality is top notch. I trust PBS so much that I've asked them to do the total renovation at my next property.

• Extensive work to the inside and outside of my property

  From the moment that Patrick and Wayne came to check out the work I felt comfortable and at ease; both had a friendly and professional manner . The extensive work took two months to complete. This included changing all 11 windows and the lintels, re-designing the kitchen and bathroom areas, installing a loft entrance with steps and, most importantly, doing the outside insulation and rendering. The work that has been carried out has been done to a very high standard. I am extremely happy and contented with everything that has been done. I can strongly recommend Practical Building Services (Mansfield) Ltd for any work that you need doing.
