  Great company, great service.

  Great company. Reasonable price for the service. Were involved from start to finish, on drawing plans for a side extension and garage conversion. They were there all the way to planning being granted. Would highly recommend this company.

  Wrap‑around single‑storey extension

  Practical Foundations handled the architectural drawings and council documentation for my wrap‑around single‑storey extension, and I was really pleased with their work. The survey was done professionally, everything was clearly explained, and they offered helpful suggestions throughout the process. The drawings were very detailed, and the 3D visualisations made it easy to understand the design. They were also quick to respond, and the whole job was completed in a short timeframe.   Build Over Sewage

  These are the best Artechure they know what they are doing ver precise. They helped my drawing for my buliding over sewage rear extension which was massive block with Seven Trent but present the drawing to them and everything was approved . The best in the Bussiness.

  PRACTICAL FOUNDATIONS ARHITECTURAL SERVICES

  WE USED PRACTICAL FOUNDATIONS TO HELP US WITH A PLANNING APPLICATION AND DO THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS FOR OUR BUILDING PROJECT. THEY CAME ONSITE TO MEASURE UP AND HAVE A LOOK AT THE PROJECT SITE. THE DRAWINGS WERE DONE TO A GOOD STANDARD. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. WE HAD TO CHANGE THE DRAWINGS A FEW, ALL CHANGES WERE DONE AT SPEED. THEY WERE ON THE PHONE TO DISCUSS ANY PROBLEMS WHEN NEEDED AND COMMUNICATED BY EMAIL ALSO. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
