8.33 Relining of drain

Job location: SO31Initial communication with PDS excellent. A price was given and this was kept to. An appointment was made to complete the work, this was not kept and I had to call see whether an engineer would be out. I was advised that the engineer scheduled to come out was sick. From then on communication was excellent and a revised date was made and kept to. All questions were were answered while the work was being carried out.Response from Precise Drainage Solutions Ltd
