Intallation of bathroom radiator and fitted new radiator in lounge
I contacted Ersen after my tenant complained of a leak. Can't fault Ersen or his work. He contacted the tenant made all the arrangements and completed the work whilst keeping me and the tenant informed at every stage. Definitely recommend Ersen and will be my 'go to' guy in future. Very happy customer

Removed a gas fire, capped supply and discussed additional heating requirements
Ersen was contacted when 2 previous gas engineers had failed to call back. He was polite, courteous and professional. Making an immediate appointment with a follow up email to check for address. He was punctual and cheerful, carried out the work to a high standard and made various safety checks as we had just moved into the property. He undertook a couple of unrelated tasks by way of being helpful and left the premises clean and tidy and I have no hesitation in recommending this company for its quality of work.
