We needed assistance with a damaged wall & stair rail, Barry was very precise with respect to what needed doing offering the most cost effective solution to crack stitch, repoint and concrete posts to ensure safety at a competitive cost. He was prompt, professional and provided an excellent service, I would not hesitate in recommending him, Thank you!!

Barry repaired holes in our kitchen wall made by a gas engineer, providing a plasterer and redecorating, boxed in a new copper gas pipe, filled in holes, re-painted our bathroom ceiling and re-hung a broken kitchen cupboard. He was friendly and polite. He started the work very promptly and finished it ahead of schedule. We would definitely offer him more work should need arise.

We have worked with Barry now on a number of room makeovers in our house. We couldn’t be happier with the work. Precise property maintenance is exactly that “precise” in their work. Every detail perfect and great ideas to complete each project. Barry made having someone in the house easy. He is tidy and polite and understanding of other tradesmen that had to work along side him. He really helped to run the project and make sure everything finished efficiently and perfectly. We couldn’t be more delighted and have already booked Barry in for more work in 2026.

Barry has completed an extensive variety of work on our home from floors, tilling, kitchen cabinets, interior decorating and inbuilt wardrobes. A trustworthy and pleasant workman to have in your home, couldn’t be happier with results.

I always use Barry at PPM he’s knowledgable and ‘Precise’. He has carried out a complete kitchen refurbishment. Bedroom including fitted wardrobes from Howdens. His painting is the crème de la crème as his finish is beautiful.

Barry was brilliant from start to finish. Gave sound, honest advice, really listened to what we wanted, reliable and trustworthy and cleaned up as he went. Work was to a high standard.
