Ben provided a prompt and competitive quote for the complete replacement of the front slope of our roof. Ben was responsive to all my questions and provided great advice about the tiles. Ben and Luke did a very professional job in just over 2.5 days and ensured the front scaffolding was removed in a timely manner. At the end of each day they cleaned the front drive and left it looking immaculate. A professional and personable outfit - I would highly recommend.

The two lads that fixed our chimney that was causing a leak in our loft extension really set the bar high. If only all tradespersons were like them—honest, reliable, and skilled—the UK would be a better place. We were very worried picking someone to fix up our chimney but Precise Roofing proved us wrong. No fuss, they fixed the chimney. We had follow up leak a few weeks later thanks to torrential rain, and Ben answered all my messages promptly and gave assurance and stuck by his arranged dates and times. He came back with the other lad and fixed it up, no questions asked. Well done, team.

We contacted Precise Roofing for a quote to repair our flat roof, Ben responded promptly and was able to clearly explain his approach to the repair. He followed up with a quote a couple days later as promised. Ben and team showed up on time and completed the repair efficiently with no issues, they were also able to help with fixing some loose guttering while up there. So far the repair is holding up. A great professional service overall.

I was given advice about part of a flat roof that might need repair or renewal. After inspection 3 options were given, & it was also noted that 2 downpipes from the pitched roof above had not been taken to the gutter at the edge of the 2 flat roofs below so were spilling water all across the flat roofs. I agreed to the re-routing of the downpipes & as far as I know this has been done efficiently.

Justine was a friendly, efficient trader, who advised that there was a large amount of moss blocking our guttering. The reason why was because the water flows along the gutter into our neighbours, and their moss was blocking it. We agreed a price, & Justin started clearing the moss immediately. The job took about 10 mins. Justin cleaned up the front & removed the moss for me. I was very pleased with his workmanship, & would use him again.

After being messed around by highly rated tradesmen for various tasks before, we were cautious of engaging anyone for our little leak/damp but this roofing had to be done. These guys were fantastic from start to end. No fuss at all, completely professional, photos to show the issues we had, detailed explanation of what is proposed, clear costs, quick and tidy, respectful, photos of the job done, it’s what every company should do to get returning customers. Not that I wish my roof needs fixing again but if I do, they’re the one I’d get instantly. Well done, Precise Roofing!
